Description

Clean Room Lighting solution is available in 36W, 45W & 60W in 2ftx2ft version. LED clean room is hygienic, efficient solution offered in food industries, pharma, hospitals & labs, chemical & production facilities. Clean room luminaire is energy efficient, quick maintenance and enhanced lighting product which use high efficacy LEDs that save energy up to 55% and reduce the operational cost significantly.

  • CRCA powder-coated housing, bottom frame and reflector.
  • Surface finish in epoxy polyester powder-coating lends higher corrosion resistance & life long finish.
  • High Efficiency Translucence polystyrene diffused diffuser sealed with bottom frame using non-hygroscopic gasket.
  • Bottom frame fixed to the housing with captive (loss proof) screws.
  • Adjustable clamp mechanism for perfect bottom frame alignment.
  • Provided with loop in loop out provision for wiring & connection.
  • Excellent heat dissipation through special design of high thermal conductivity Metal Core PCB & housing.
  • Rated life of L70 @ 50000 hours ensures uninterrupted long service life.
  • Multistage isolated Constant Current driver with operating voltage range of 110V-280VAC with 4KV inbuilt surge protection.
  • Driver pre-wired up to terminal block
  • Cleanroom applications Conforms to IS10322.
